Crixo's Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Crixo platform and all services operated under it. By creating an account or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted all of the terms below. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Crixo believes transparency is the best policy. That's why our Terms & Conditions are written in plain language, so any user in Bangladesh can easily understand them. If anything is unclear, please reach out to our customer support team.

• These Terms are available in both Bengali and English; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
• Crixo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time; you will be notified at your registered email address if any changes are made.
• Crixo's services are not available to anyone under the age of 18.
• Only Bangladeshi citizens or legal residents may use this platform.

2Account Registration & Verification

To create a valid account on Crixo, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. Registering with false or incorrect details may result in your account being closed at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Each user may only create one account. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for identity verification.
• KYC verification is mandatory before processing large withdrawals.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Using or sharing another person's account is strictly prohibited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Crixo currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: BDT 500.
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 1,000.
• Mobile Banking and Nagad withdrawals are generally completed within 1–6 hours.
• Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• The source of deposits and the destination of withdrawals must be the same.
• Deposits or withdrawals made through third parties are not accepted.
• Crixo may request verification for any suspicious transactions.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Crixo's bonus and promotion offers are provided subject to specific terms. Each bonus offer may carry its own wagering requirements, which are clearly stated on the offer page.

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only, and can only be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first wager a specified amount (wagering requirement).
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days; any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless otherwise stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The referred person's first deposit is required to qualify for the referral bonus.

5Betting Rules

Crixo's Sports Betting section lets you bet on a wide range of sports, including cricket, football, tennis, and more. Each betting category has its own rules, detailed in the relevant section.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error may be voided.
• Placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• Crixo is not liable for issues arising from internet delays during live betting.

6Responsible Gaming

Crixo is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Gaming is meant to be fun — it should never be seen as a source of income. We encourage all our users to play within their limits.

• You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• The self-exclusion option allows you to temporarily suspend your account for a set period.
• If any user runs into an issue, our support team is ready to help.
• Avoid gaming under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7Privacy & Personal Information

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Crixo platform and may result in permanent account termination:

• Bonus abuse or claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Any attempt to manipulate the platform's system or odds.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or attempting to defraud other users.

9Account Closure & Suspension

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Once closed, the account cannot be reopened.

• Crixo reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Funds forfeited due to terms violations will not be returned.
• A maintenance fee may be charged on accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

10Right to Amend Terms

Crixo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Notice will be sent to your registered email address or posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

• For major changes, at least 7 days' advance notice will be given.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
• Previous versions of the terms are available upon request from the support team.
